二维自旋玻璃的渗流模型(n_m^(1/2)1《1)

摘要 本文在条件下,根据自旋玻璃杂质间RKKY短程关联作用,提出二维自旋玻璃的渗流模型,分析转变温区自旋集团的行为,说明磁化率的尖拐状峰值和比热的膝盖状峰值,同时解释两者在磁场下的变化趋势。 The properties of 2-D spln-glass with nommagnetic defects (n_m^(1/2) 《1) are considered in the vicinity of the 'transition point', by means of pre colational approach. In the transition region, the cusp of the magnetic susceptibility and the broad maximum of the specific heat are explained successfully. It is shown that in a finite magnetic field the dependence of the magnetic specific heat △C(h) or of the magnetic susceqtibility M(h)/h on field and temperature a11ows us to define the distribution function of finite clusters with respect to their size.
