肝肿瘤内辐照治疗用^(90)Y-玻璃微球

摘要 介绍一种可用于肝肿瘤内治疗的^(90)Y-玻璃微球(^(90)Y-GTMS),其直径为30-50μm,^(90)Y核素经反应堆中子活化生成。有BECK-MAN LS 7500β^-液体闪烁谱仪和Ge(Li)γ射线谱仪分析^(90)Y-GTMS的核纯,测定其在生理盐水中可溶出率为10^(-5)量级。家兔肝内动脉注射^(90)Y-GTMS,60min后处死。脏器分布结果表明:除了胆囊、胆管和胰腺中极少量栓塞外,肺、胃、肠、骨和骨髓均没发现有放射性,即没有肝外栓塞。^(90)Y-GTMS主要分布在肝内中部,边缘部分较少。^(90)Y-GTMS在体内有较高稳定性,可用作内介入放射性治疗。 A kind of glass therapy microsphere of 90Y has been developed for use as a therapeutic agent of the hepatic rumor delivered via intro-hepatic artery catheter. The glass microspheres of 30 - 50 microns in diameter can be activated by neutron bombondment to obtain 90Y glass therapy microspheres (GTMS). The activated GTMS is analysized using Beckman LS7500 liquid scintillation spectrometry and Ge(Li) γ-ray spectrometry. The 90Y-GTMS solubilizing rate in saline solution is about in the order of 10-5. The tissue distribution results demonstrate that no detectable activity is found in spleen.stomach,colonileum bone,bone marrow except in gallbladder bile duct and pancreas. Distribution within the liver is complete.Clinical investigation is now being carried out in order to improve the technique of administration and to solve the problems which still remain unopen. Remission of the tumour has been especially satisfactory in almost all of the 20 cases treated.
