摘要
建立了LiOH中痕量Sm、Eu、Gd和Dy的同位素稀释质谱法(IDMS)。方法简便,一次涂样可测4个元素。本法测定含Sm、Eu、Gd和Dy分别为0.00820、0.00373、0.00569和0.103μg/g的LiOH试样时的精密度分别为±10%、±5.9%、±9.7%和±5.6%,可以满足核电站用LiOH及LiF的分析需要。
A method of determination of trace Sm, Eu, Gd and Dy in LiOH and LiF by IDMS is described. Sm, Eu, Gd and Dy are separated from other rare earth elements by P507 extractant containing resin. 147Sm, 151Eu, 160Gd and 160Dy are used as spikes. The ratios of 147Sm/149Sm, 151Eu/153Eu, 174[GdO]/176[GdO] and 160Dy/162Dy are measured by a mass spectrometer. Precisions of the method for Sm, Eu, Gd and Dy are ±10%, ± 5.9%,± 9.7% and ±5.6% in samples containing 0.00820 μg/g Sm, 0.00373 μg/g Eu, 0.00569 μg/g Gd and 0.103 μg/g Dy respectively.A Model ZHT-05A single focusing mass spectrometer is used. Simultaneous determination of the four elements on the same filament is performed. The interoverlaping correlation of 176[GdO]+ with 176[DyO]+ is discussed.
