摘要
在^(238)Pu-Be中子源构成的中子辐照场中辐照活体小动物(大白鼠)和体模,使大白鼠和体模中的磷产生^(31)P(n,α)^(28)Al核反应,缓发1.78MeVγ射线,用装在铅屏蔽室中的NaI(Tl)探测器探测,从而计算出大白鼠体内磷的百分含量。研究表明体模中的磷被激活的全能峰净积分计数与磷的含量略成线性关系。20只大白鼠体内中子活化分析测定值与紫外分光光度计分析值相对偏差为18%。
Living small animals and phantoms were irradiated with neutrons in a radiation field formed by a 238Pu-Be source. Then a Nal(Tl) detector installed in a lead shielding room was used to measure the characteristic γ-rays originated by nuclear reaction 31P(n, α)28A1. The net integral counts of full- energy peaks from animals and phantoms were compared and the phosphorus content was calculated. An almost linear relation between the net integral counts and phosphorus content in phantoms was observed. The phosphorus percentage were measured for twenty mice by both IVNAA and ultra-violet spectroscopic analysis. Their differences were within 18%.
