摘要
本文根据化学发光法的原理,运用80C52芯片和CPLD技术,实现了对空气中氮氧化物浓度分析系统的设计;应用铂电阻作为温度探头,实现温度的精确监测;运用CPLD技术实现了3种温度控制和化学发光的光子计数。所设计的仪器已实现了对空气中PPB级NOX浓度的自动监测和网络远程监控。
C52 chip and CPLD technology is used to design the NOX Analyzer by chemiluminescence method which is used to monitor the concentration of NOX in atmosphere. It utilizes platinum resistor as temperature detector and carries out accurate monitoring. Temperature control and photon counter of chemiluminescence is realized by CPLD technology. This instrument has implemented monitoring the concentration of NOX in atmosphere and doing it through network.
