阻燃PET纤维的试制与结构性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用聚合物型阻燃剂 SF-FR,试纺了不同阻燃剂含量的 PET 纤维,并对纤维的结构与性能进行了初步研究.结果表明:随着阻燃剂含量的增加,可纺性下降,纤维的取向度、结晶度和抗张强度减小,阻燃性能提高.当阻燃剂含量为4%(质量)时,所纺制的 PET 纤维的综合性能较好,其抗张强度比不含阻燃剂的 PET 纤维降低6%左右,LOI 可达到28. Polymeric flame retardant SF-FR,synthesized by the authors has been used for preparing flame-retardantPET fibers.The effects of flame retardant contents on the spinnibility,structure and properties of the PETfibers have been investigated.As the contents of the flame retardant increased,the spinnibility,orientation,crystallinity and tenacity of the fiber decreased.While,the limit oxygen index(LOI)of fiber increase withthe increasing of the contant of flame retardants.The fiber containing the flame retardant of 4 wt% has theoptimum comprehensive properties.The LOI of with reaches 28 and the tenacity only decreases by about 6%as comparing with that of the fiber without SF-FR.
