摘要
从锦纶的物理与化学结构出发,评述了研制高吸湿锦纶的几种方法.认为接枝法工艺复杂、成本高;物理改性法缺少必要的异形喷丝板及其他设备;后处理法得到的吸湿性无法保证其耐久性,因而目前最有效的改性方法是与亲水性聚合物共混纺丝或通过共聚改变锦纶的分子结构以赋予其吸湿性.
Several methods of producing hygroscopic PA6 fiber are reviewed on the base of its structural character.The grafted modification is complicated and highly costed.The physical modification cannot be applied conve-niently because of the equipment lackness.And the hygroscopicity obtained by all kinds of later treatmentscannot be maintained forever.So the most efficient method of modification is to blend the hydrophilic compsi-tion with PA6 and change the fiber structure to improve its hygroscopicity.
