摘要
车架是汽车的重要零部件,传统上方法常采用酸洗除锈工艺,其结果是污染环境,腐蚀设备,损害操作人员的健康,而且质量也不高,影响汽车抗锈蚀能力,对随后的涂装工艺也有一定不利作用。抛丸处理工艺流程简单、易操作,前处理表面质量优异,还可以提高疲劳强度等。论述了PHQ 1型汽车车架抛丸后处理设备的设计特点、主要技术性能指标,以及主要结构和工作原理,进一步分析了其产品成果。
Automotive frame is the key part of automobile. Traditionally, we adopt the method of acid dipping which leads to pollute the environment, rot the equipment, and impair the health of operators. The quality and ability of resistance to rust is low, and it is harmful to the following process of coating. The method of shot blasting is effective and operative; the quality of pretreatment is high; and the fatigue strength is improved. This paper discusses the design, the technique, the main structure and the principle of the new type of PHQ-1 equipment of shot blasting on the frame of automobile.
