摘要
采用CuI与基体高聚物的共混体作为导电成分,普通聚酯为非导电成分进行复合纺丝制成皮芯复合型导电涤纶.分析发现,表面分散剂的使用是制造该导电纤维的关键,以导电成分为芯层,聚酯为皮层;CuI 的加入量在39%(质量),拉伸3倍,以及纤度较小的纤维的导电性能优良,具有应用前景.
A kind of sheath-core electroconducting PET fiber was produced by Blending CuI with a basic polymer,and then compound spinning with PET polymer.It was found that the surface dispersing agent is the crux ofmaking such fiber.The fiber has a special structure.The color of the conducting fiber is white.Its electro-conductivity does not change with the increasing temperature and moisture and also does not decrease aftergrinding and washing.
