摘要
建立了高聚物沉淀分极方法,并对切片进行不同分子量分级样品的统计分析,提出一种较为简明的又能表征分子量分布的新参量──分级数R,通过对国内外各种典型切片R值的测定,发现R值与高速纺可纺性有着密切的关系,切片R值高,可纺性较好;R值低,可纺性差。R值与聚酯切片制造过程中的工艺和聚合路线有关,通过R值可以预测切片对纺丝成形及后加工的影响。
A practicabi and quantitative method for evaluating the quality of PET chips is estabilished by measuringthe fractional parameter R.The value of R is determined by a relativly rapid precipitative iractionation.A series of PET chips which show different typical spinning appearances on the spinning line were collectedand examined in order to correlate the value of R and its spinnability.It can he concluded that in a certainrange of R,Spinnability is better if the value of R gets higher.At the end of this paper,the significance of application of R has been discussed.A new method for charac-terizing the polymer spinnability is estabilished.
