摘要
用广角X射线衍射仪、偏光显微镜和透射电子显微镜对用一步法制备的端羟基聚丁二烯(简称丁羟)聚氨酯弹性体及浓度约1％的甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)-丁羟预聚物的氯仿溶液成膜试样的结晶形态进行了研究。发现4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯-乙二醇类丁羟聚氨酯弹性体中有不完整的结晶存在,TDI-丁羟预聚物稀溶液成膜试样中的软段呈发射状、纤束层状和多孔球状3种结晶形态,后者为目前首次发现。说明丁羟聚氨酯弹性体的硬段和软段在适当条件下都可能形成结晶结构。
The crystal morphology of the samples of hydroxy terminatedpoIybutadiene(HTPHD)based polyurethane elastomers prepared by one-step method were investigated by wide-angle X- ray diffraction, polarized light microscope and transmission electron microscope. The results showed that there was hard segment crystal in the diphenylmethane-4,4 ' - diisocyanate basedsamples , and the soft segment of HTPBD could form three kinds of crystals with the solvent vaporization in the dilute solution.
