摘要
以聚己内酯(PCL,分子量为1737)为软段,4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和扩链剂N,N-二羟乙基甲胺(MDEA)为硬段(PCL∶MDI∶MDEA=1∶3∶2,摩尔比)的含叔胺基聚酯型聚氨酯弹性体(PUM)与聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混,经红外光谱测定,热分析和应力-应变分析,当PUM/PVC=50/50(质量比)时,共混体系发生协同效应,拉伸强度出现峰值(46.3MPa),是一种强韧性好的共混材料。
The blending of polycaprolactone-polyure-thane containing tertiary amine with polyvinyl chloride was studied. The results of experiments showed that the introduction of tertiary amine group into the hard segment of polyurethane increased the polyurethane interaction strength with polyvinyl chloride and improved further the com-patibility between polyurethane and polyvinyl chloride.
