用羧基化聚丁二烯改性的氢氧化铝增强SBR 被引量:1

REINFORCEMENT OF SBR WITH ALUMINIUM HYDROXIDE MODIFIED BY CARBOXYLATED POLYBUTADIENE

摘要 用羧基化聚丁二烯(CPB)改性的氢氧化铝作为丁苯橡胶(SBR)的增强剂,讨论了氢氧化铝和CPB用量对增强度、表现交联密度、表现偶合键和SBR硫化胶的力学性能的影响。结果表明,当CPB用量为氢氧化铝的2%~3%时,经改性氢氧化铝增强的SBR硫化胶与未改性者相比,其300%定伸应力提高约50%,拉伸强度和撕裂强度均提高约20%,耐磨性及其他力学性能也有所改善。 The reinforcement of SBR with aluminium hydroxide modified by carboxylated polybutadiene was studied. The results showed that the surface activity of the modified aluminium hydroxide and its ability to combine with rubber increased. The reinforcement degree , apparent crosslinking density , apparent coupling bound and mechanical properties of SBRvulcanizates filled with the modified aluminium hydroxide were improved. The 300%modulus , the tensile strength and tearstrength of SBR vulcanizates filled with the modified aluminium hydroxide increased by 50% ,20% and 20% respectively. Other mechanical properties such as abrasion performence were also improved.
