摘要
研究了动态硫化和非硫化型NBR/PVC共混物的力学性能,并讨论了炭黑对共混物性能的影响。结果表明,动态硫化共混物可在橡塑质量比为20/80~80/20时获得低硬度,低永久变形的热塑性弹性体,加入增塑剂可较大幅度地调节共混物的性能;非硫化型共混物的力学性能逊于劝态硫化共混物,但仍可得到有使用价值的热塑性弹性体;炭黑对动态硫化和非硫化型共混物均有良好的增强作用,特别是添加炭黑的非硫化型共混物,其拉伸强度可达14.8MPa,扯断伸长率310%和永久变形16%,其力学性能达到了与未加炭黑的动态硫化共混物相似的水平。
The mechanical properties of dynamic vulcanized and non-vulcanized nitrile rubber (NBR)/polyvinyl chloride (PVC) Wends were studied and the effects of carbonblack on the properties of the blend were discussed.The results showed that the dynamic vulcanized blends were the thermoplastic elastomers with low hardness and low permanent set in wide range of rubber/resin ratio from 20/80 to 80/20 (phr) and the properties of the blends could be adjusted by adding 70 phr of plasticizer. The mechanical properties of non-vulcanized blends were less than those of dy-namic vulcanized blends, but they were still the thermoplastic elastomers with some use value. Carbonblack had good reinforcing effect on the blends, especially for the non-vulcanized blends.
