摘要
以丁基橡胶与树脂及硫黄两个硫化体系为例,对流变仪硫化曲线进行了动力学分析。揭示了硫化初期存在负反应级数的可能性,探讨了硫化过程3个阶段间的两个转变点的规律性和确定的方法。对目前所认为的“动力学方法和经典的Arrhenius方程不适用于硫化后期计算”这一结论给予了明确分析。
The kinetic analysis on two vulcanization systems , the resin system and the sulfur system ,for butyl rubber were carried out. By dividing the whole vulcanization process as three different kinetic stages , it was found that the minus reaction order in the initial of vulcanization was possible . The rule and the method of determining the twotransitions were discussed . It was pointed out that 'the view of kinetic analysis and the classical Arrhenius equation can not be applied to the calculation at the final stage of vulcanization' disagreed with the conclusion of this study .
