STD总线数控系统和PC机通讯技术研究

RESEARCH OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN STD BUS NC SYSTEM AND PC COMPUTER

数控系统的通讯联网是CIMS车间的关键技术之一。本文以自行研制的STD总线数控系统为对象,研究其与PC机的通讯技术。设计了STD总线串行通讯接口模板和和双向数据通讯软件,使STD总线数控系统能与上位机通讯,构成DNC系统。

The communication and networking for NC systems is a key technique involved in CIMS workshops. In this paper, the communication between a STD bus NC System and a PC computer is researched, a function circuit board of STD bus communication and a software of two - way data communication are developed. This paper will' provide the possibility of communication between a STD bus NC System and a PC computer and make -an NC System become a DNC system.
