5—乙酰基水杨酰胺的分析及离解常数的测定

THE DETERMINATION OF 5-ACETYL-SALICYLAMIDE AND IT'S DISSOCIATION CONSTANT

本文研究了用氢氧化钠溶液直接滴定以测定5—乙酰基水杨酰胺含量的方法,与常用的测定酚类的非水滴定法相比,测定结果基本一致。同时,采用分光光度法和电位滴定法测定了它的离解常数pK_a。

Quantitative determination of 5-acetyl-salicylamide by direct titration with sodium hydroxide solution was studied. The result obtained in this study was in close agreement with that given by conventional non-aqueous titration method for phenol determination. The dissociation constant pKa of the compound was determined to be 6.12 and 6.19 respectively by spectrophotometric and potential titration method.
