摘要
本文对近年我国研制的7CrSiMnMoV 火焰淬火钢进行了热处理工艺参数,组织与机械性能等方面的研究。研究证明,该钢过热敏感性小,回火稳定性较高,热处理后,强、韧性匹配较理想。能满足厚钢板冲裁模使用条件的要求。
Heat treating process parameters,structure and mechanical properties of flame hardening steel 7CrSiMnMoV,made in China in recent years,are studied.Results showed: Overheat sensitivity of the steel is low,and temper stability of the steel is high. After heat treatment,strength and toughness of the steel match idealy,therefore,Using demends of cold messing and cutting dies could be meeted.
