摘要
介绍了双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)薄膜的发展现状,根据目前原料存在的问题,有针对性地设计新型BOPP专用树脂生产方案,并对比了几种BOPP专用树脂的物性和微观结构。EP3T46F的熔体流动指数为2.8-3.2g/10 min,灰分为100μg/g,等规指数为95.8%,屈服拉伸强度为34 MPa,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度(23℃)为58 J/m。EP3T46F作为高速BOPP生产线原料,经加工厂试用,产品质量达到国内先进水平。
This paper introduced development status of biaxial oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film. A scheme for producing novel BOPP speciality was designed especially against the current problems existed in raw materials. The physical properties and microstructures of several kinds of BOPP speciality were compared. For example, the speciality EP3T46F has melt flow index 2.8 - 3.2 g/10 min, ash content 100 (μg/g, isotactic index 95.8%, tensile strength at yield 34 MPa and Izod impact strength 58 J/m at 23℃. Being used as one of the components of high speed stretching BOPP, the quality of speciality EP3T46F was proved to reach the domestic advanced level by the trial applications in downstream processing enterprises.
