摘要 介绍了YS 842催化剂在北京燕化石油化工股份有限公司40 kt/a聚丙烯(PP)装置上试用情况.考察了该催化剂在液相本体法PP装置上生产嵌段PP的性能,通过对成品的宏观性能和微观结构等方面的分析并与进口催化剂生产的产品进行对比,评价了YS 842催化剂的性能。工业试用结果表明,YS 842催化剂的活性可以达到20.652 kg/g,活性持续时间可以满足生产一般嵌段共聚PP的要求.用YS 842催化剂生产的PP产品微观结构与进口催化剂生产的PP产品基本一致。 This paper introduced the trial application of catalyst YS 842 in a 40 kt/a polypropylene (PP) plant in Polypropylene Division of Beijing Yanhua Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and examined its performance for producing block copolymer of propylene in the liquid phase bulk PP plant. The properties of the catalyst were evaluated objectively in accordance with analyses on the macroscopic properties and microstructure of the resultant and its comparison with the product made by imported catalyst. The commercial trial application shows that the catalytic activity of YS 842 can reach 20.652 kg/g and remain for a period long enough to meet the requirement of producing general block copolymer of propylene. The microstructure of the PP product prepared by catalyst YS 842 are basically identical with that of the product made by imported catalyst.
