摘要
采用CA-50IRMA试剂盒对63例乙型肝炎患者的CA-50水平进行观察,并与正常献血员109例及原发性肝癌11例进行比较研究;109例献血员CA-5O均值为4.4±6.2U/ml,63例乙型肝炎患者中血清CA-50水平高于17U/ml者占76％,其中CAH-LC组阳性率高达96.7％,11例原发性肝癌患者CA-50均高于临界值(17U/ml)。
In this paper, serum CA-50 level was measured in 63 patients with hepatitis B)HBV) by using CA-50 IRMA kit, the results are compared with 109 normal blood donors, 11 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). CA-50 levels of all normalpersons were less than 17U/ml (4.4 ±6.2U/ml), but in 63 patients with HBV, CA-50 level was higher than 17U/ml in 48 cases (76%), while CA-50 level in HCC group was higher than normal in all the cases.
