摘要
分析了加油站在实行油品体积交接中按标准温度20℃下的体积计量,而在油品销售中按实际温度下的体积计量,由于实际发油温度与标准温度不一致,使油品体积不一致,造成加油站油品数量的虚假盈亏,不利于加油站的数质量管理。通过对问题的分析,提出将这一温度差△t和体积修正系数VCF纳入计量管理范围,把销售体积Vt加上体积修正量(1-VCF)×Vt一起计入应存数量,就可较好地解决加油站油品盈亏的问题。
Problems exiting in handing over oil volume are analyzed. At gas stations, oils are handed over by volumes at temperature 20℃. However, oils are sold by volume at real temperature. Volume loss and gain due to temperature changes is unfavorable to gas stations. Through analysis on the problems, factors such as temperature difference △t and VCF are introduced to gauge control to solve the problems.
