针对滑片泵具有气液混合输送能力,但在气液比达到一定程度时,泵在工作中会产生强烈振动和噪声的问题,分析了原因并在此基础上提出了解决方案,在进出口管线上设置空气室、在距泵进口较近的管线上设置进口流量补偿调节系统。

Vane pump, one of positive displacement pumps, is able to transfer blend of gas and liquid. However, violent vibration and noise will appear at certain ratio of gas vs. liquid. Measures to eliminate vibration and noise are introduced.
