摘要
联X30井是江苏油田第一口试验在老井套管中钻成常规井眼的大斜度侧钻预探井 ,与在 139.7套管内开窗侧钻井相比 ,很好地解决了大斜度小井眼施工困难、小井眼机械钻速低和小井眼固井质量难以保证等难题 ,为今后老油区的开发开辟了新的途径。通过爆炸切割脱扣 ,成功地拔出了 139.7套管 ,实施了常规井眼侧钻和井眼轨迹控制 ,采取了一系列降摩技术措施 ,很好地完成了联X30井拔套管侧钻施工。
Well LX30 is a highly deviated preliminary prospecting well which is first tested drilling a conventional borehole in original wellbore in Jiangsu Oilfield.Comparing with sidetracking well in 139.7mm casing,the problems such as drilling difficulties,low drilling speed and unstable cementing quality etc.in slim holes have been solved.By means of exploding and cutting casing,We pulled 139 7 casing out of the well and complted sidetracking in conventional borehole and fulfilled well trajectory control.By use of a series of reducing friction techniques,casing withdrawal and sidetracking operation was accomplished successfully in well LX30.
