摘要 针对中原油田低渗透低产油气藏特点 ,开展了酸化压裂一体化技术的研究和应用。通过压前非常规酸化预处理 ,清除油气层开发过程中各种离子沉淀对地层造成的污染和施工过程中可能造成的粘土膨胀和运移 ,采用低浓度变粘度压裂液、不同支撑剂粒径组合、高砂比、裂缝强制闭合等技术措施 ,取得显著的增产效果 ,且延长了压裂有效期。 The Paper describes the research and application of the acid and fracturing integrated technology according to the reservoir characteristic of low permeability and low production in Zhongyuan Oilfield.By using the technique of unusual acidizing pretreatment before fractring to eliminate formation pollution caused by all kinds of ion's precipitation during the development of oil and gas reservoir and clay expansion and migration possibly caused in fracturing ,selecting fracturing fluid of low concentration and variable viscosity,proppant composite of different particle diameter,high sand ratio,forced fracture closure etc.,the production of oil and gas well increases vastly.And the technology prolonged obviously the fracturing valid period.Between June and December in 2002,the technology was applied in 11 oil wells and 4 gas wells with success ratio 100% and effective ratio 100%.According to the static data of January,2003,the accumulated average increase output for a single oil well is 648.6t,a single gas well can increase production by 30.9ⅹ10 4m 3/d.Compared with the conventional fracturing technique,the integrated technology increased the effective ratio by 35% and prolonged the valid period more than 60 days.The technology has a good application prospects in exploration and development of low permeability oil and gas reservoir.
