摘要
针对现有各型取心工具因螺纹结构特点的局限 ,存在抗拉、抗扭强度不高的问题 ,在工具多次使用后易出现疲劳损伤、螺纹胀裂等现象 ,四川石油取心中心对现有取心工具进行了改进 ,并计算对比了改进前后 2种螺纹的抗拉和抗扭强度 ,结果证明改进后的取心工具的螺纹机械性能被大大提高。
Based on field application,the helicitic texture of existing coring tools has been proven to have certain limitations,such as low tensile strength and low torsional strength.In addition,tools used for several times are easy to cause fatigue failure ,thread burst etc.appearance.So,existing coring tool is improved by Coring Center of Sichuan Petroleum Administration.This paper recommends the performance of improved thread for coring tools,and calculates and compares the tensile strength and torsional strength of two threads in before improvement and after improvemnt.The results show that the mechanical performance of coring tool thread improved is greatly increased.
