摘要
把一个还不是专门概念的教育制度伦理问题做专门研究是有一定风险的,但却是有意义的。教育制度伦理是指存在于教育机构系统和教育规范系统中的伦理原则,这种原则只有在现代社会中才能形成并不断完善。伦理和教育在宗源上的旁系关系使它们无法分离开来。各种应用伦理学的诞生与发展,证明了教育制度伦理存在的事实合理性,而教育对社会和人生的影响及教育本身的不完美,说明了教育制度伦理存在的价值可能。
It has certain danger to specially study a non-special concept education systemic ethics, but it is interest to do so. The education systemic ethics refers to the moral principle that exists in the education structure system and the education norm system. Such principle can only be formed and continuously be perfected in modern society. Ethics and education cannot be separated on account of the collateral relation of the original sources. The birth and development of various applied ehics have proved the real rationality of the education systemic ethics; while the influence of education on society and human life and the non-perfect nature of the education itself shows the value possibility for the existence of the education systemic ethics.
