摘要
在目前国有企业产权改革中设置劳动股权,具有体制的合理性和现实的必要性。劳动股权的概念界定为职工过去或未来劳动资源积累的资本化、股份化,目前设置方式主要有按劳动时间计量设置、劳动要素对生产过程贡献设置、对未来劳动资源初始化设置等三种选择方案。在社会主义市场经济条件下对劳动进行股权化制度安排,具有十分重要的现实意义和理论价值。
It has the systemic rationality and the real necessity to establish labor share right in the present state-owned enterprise's property right reform. The concept of labor share right is defined as the capital change and the share change of the past or the future labor accumulation of the staff and workers. There are three kinds of choosing plans in the present establishment models, mainly they are: according to labor time, according to the contribution of labor essential factor to produce course and according to the initialization of the future labor resources. Under the conditions of socialist market economy, the systemic arrangement of the labor share right has most important real significance and theory significance.
