摘要
以氰乙酸乙酯和异辛醇为原料 ,采用钛酸四丁酯为催化剂 ,用酯交换法合成氰乙酸异辛酯。考察了原料配比、反应温度、催化剂用量等对反应产率的影响。指出了合成氰乙酸异辛酯的优化条件 :n(氰乙酸乙酯 ) /n(异辛醇 )为 1:1.10 ,催化剂用量为 5 .0g ,反应温度为 15 0℃ ,在此条件下氰乙酸异辛酯反应产率为 94 .38% (以氰乙酸乙酯计 )。
By using ethyl cyanoacetate and iso-otanol as raw materials, iso-octyl cyanoacetate was synthesised through interesterification by tetrabutyl titanate as catalyst.The effect of material ratio, reaction temperature ,amount of catalyst were investigated. Experimental results indicated that the optimum condition is that ethyl cyanoacetate and iso-otanol molar ratio is 1:1.10, amount of catalyst is 5.0g, reaction temperature is 150℃,.Under this condition,the yield raise 94.5%.
