Qihua Group Co.,Ltd. which built in 1948 year,is the large-size enterprise with integration of chloralkali and petrol chemical, started and developed in earlier stage in our country. Management of treating chlorine safely were summarized, according practical experience and learning outside for 50 years and work well.
