摘要
目前,级配碎石的室内试验均采用击实法成型,此成型法不符合振动对无粘结粒料振动压实有效的原则.在自行研制的振动成型设备上,对3种结构类型的级配碎石进行振动压实试验,考察了频率、离心力、振幅对压实效果的影响.结果表明:当频率、离心力保持不变时,存在最佳振幅;振幅对压实的影响存在阈值.总结出各类型级配碎石的最佳振动参数,并根据压实特性及工程实践给出了室内振动压实试验的统一参数.
At present, the compacting method of graded aggregate material is modified compaction test, it does not accord with graded aggregate material compaction properties. Three types of graded aggregate are compacted with different parameters on surface vibrating compactor. The effect of frequency, centrifugation force and nominal amplitude on the compacting were observed. The best nominal amplitude and threshold value exist. The best vibrating compaction parameters of each type were summed up. The unified indoors vibrating compaction parameters were put forward.
