摘要
该项研究工作使用经过钙化改性的D61大孔离子交换树脂对发酵法制造的低聚糖进行分离提纯,对操作条件进行了优化。实验结果显示,在树脂柱规格为Φ9×7000mm、进样量35mL,工作温度70℃,用水做洗脱剂,控制洗脱速度在6mL/min的条件下,可以基本去除低聚糖中的葡萄糖成分,使低聚糖含量由60%提高到90%以上,葡萄糖含量少于2%。提纯前后低聚糖的组成用高效液相色谱分析表征。
<abstract>e purification of isomalto-oligsaccharide syrup by using cation exchange resin was studied and corresponding operation techniques were research too. The experiment data showed that, when 35 mL isomalto-oligsaccharide was used,the optimal purification result could be achieved on the resin column of Φ9×7000 mm with eluting rate 6 mL/min at 70℃. The content of glucose could be decreased under 2% and the content of active components relatively increased from 60% to 90%. The purity isomalto-oligsaccharide could be analyzed by HLPC.
