摘要
经试验研究 ,确定了煤矿用超高分子量聚乙烯 (UHMWPE)制品的最佳配方 ,即UHMWPE、十溴二苯醚、三氧化二锑、导电炭黑分别为 10 0份、15份、10份、0 .5份。用该配方制备的煤矿用UHMWPE制品的表面电阻为 3× 10 6Ω ,有焰燃烧时间为 2 .0s,无焰燃烧时间为 4 .2s,符合MT 113- 1995的要求 ,可用来制造煤仓壁板、溜槽等煤矿用品。
The optimum proprtion of coalmine ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) products is determinated by experimental research, i.e. UHMWPE, decabromodiphenyl oxide, Sb 2O 3, conductive carbon black are separately 100, 15, 10, 0.5 phr. The coal mine-UHMWPE products are made by the optimum proprtion, of which the surface resistance is 3×10 6 Ω, the affterflame time is 2.0 s and the afterglow time is 4.2 s. They accord with MT113-1995. The coalmine-UHMWPE products can be used for the manufacturing of bunker wallboard, slide etc.
