摘要
含氟聚合物优异的性能赋予了氟碳涂料优良的耐久性、耐候性和耐化学药品等性能 ,但是氟碳涂料的价格较高 ,限制了其应用范围 ,通过环氧树脂对氟乙烯 -乙烯基醚 (FEVE)型含氟聚合物进行了改性 ,考察了含氟聚合物、环氧树脂、固化剂、助剂等对改性氟碳涂料性能的影响。
A fluoropolymer with excellent properties can enable fluorocarbon coatings to show good durability, weatherability and chemical resistance, etc. But the high cost of the fluorocarbon coatings will limit their application sectors. Therefore epoxy is used to modify PEFE based fluoropolymer, and accordingly some influential factors (i.e. fluoropolymer, epoxy, curing agents and additives) on properties of epoxy modified fluorocarbon coatings are tested.
