CYP1A1和GSTM1基因变异对子宫内膜异位症易感性的联合效应 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨细胞色素P4 5 0 1A1(CYP1A1)和谷胱甘肽S -转移酶M1(GSTM1)基因变异对广东籍汉族妇女子宫内膜异位症 (内异症 )的遗传易感性的联合效应。方法 应用等位基因特异PCR和多重差别PCR技术检测 76例内异症患者 (内异症组 )和 80例非内异症妇女 (对照组 )的CYP1A1Ile/Val及GSTM1+/ 0的等位基因型。结果 CYP1A1纯合变异基因型和GSTM1纯合缺失基因型的个体患内异症的风险增加 ,前者的比值比 (OR)及95 %可信区间 (95 %CI)为 3 4 4 (1 16~ 10 0 5 ) ,后者的OR值及 95 %CI为 2 2 4 (1 17~ 4 2 7) ,两者联合基因型个体的OR值及 95 %CI为 9 90 (1 80~ 5 4 4 5 )。结论 CYP1A1和GSTM1基因多态性可能是内异症的遗传易感因素 ,在内异症发生中 。
