中国共产党关于执政方式的探索已历经70多年,其间,积累了丰富的经验,主要表现在两个方面:一是中国共产党执政方式中关于政治领导的探索成果,二是依法治国方略的提出为党执政方式的发展带来的变化;但又不乏惨痛的教训,这集中体现在长期以来对执政党与国家政权、人治与法治、政策与法律的关系认识不清。

The Communist Party of China has a seventies historical exploration of the governance modalities, and has got much positive results, such as political leading and changes given by governing under the law .At the same time, there are many lessons we should remember, such as we have not resolved the relations between the party in power and the political power, govern by a person and by the law, the law and the policy.
