摘要
本观察用广西西部镜头华石蟹中的异盘并殖吸虫囊蚴感染家犬150天后获成虫。扫描电镜观察异盘并殖吸虫表面结构,发现口吸盘明显大于腹吸盘,生殖孔有4～7瓣,似花朵状,排泄孔椭圆形。全身皮棘除口吸盘上为单生棘及腹吸盘上无棘外,其他部位均为由6～8个尖刀形棘紧密排列而成簇生棘。
The 150-day-old adult worms were obtained from experimentally infected dog with para-gonimus heterotermus cysts from western part of Guang-xi Province. The present reportis concerned with the surface structures of P. heterotermus as visualized with the scan-ning electron microscope. whole body surface ventrally and dorsally all covered with thecuticular spine clusters each consisting of 6-8 spines, except the oral sucker, The oral sucker is much bigger than acetabulum. The flower-like genital pore consists of 4-7petals. Exocrotory pore is opisoid in shape.
