易染色抗静电涤纶长丝的结构及性能 被引量:4

摘要 本文研究了PES-CDP-聚醚三元共混体系的抗静电性能、力学性能、吸湿性能、染色性能及形态结构。研究表明,CDP的存在有助于提高共混体系的溶混性,当聚醚含量为1.5~5%时,随着聚醚含量的提高,共混纤维的比电阻降低、吸湿性提高、力学性能基本不受聚醚含量的影响。此三元共混纤维可用分散染料常压沸染成深色,用阳离子染料染成深色,用活性染料和酸性染料染成浅色。研究还发现,共混纤维卷绕丝的比电阻小于无油丝的比电阻,共混纤维无油丝中看不到微纤,而拉伸丝中则可看到微纤的存在。 The antistatic property,mechanical property,hydroscopicity,dyeability and morphology of PET-CDP-Polyether tertianary blend spinning fiber are studied,the addition of CDP can improve blend system's compa-tiability.The fiber's specific resistance decreases and the hydroscopicity increases with increasing polyether content but has no effects on the fiber's mechanical property on the whole.This blend spinning fiber can be boiled dyed in deep color by disperse and cationic dyes under atmosphere pressure,and dyed in light color by reactive dyes and acid dyes,the specific resistance of wind up filaments is smaller than that of as-spun filaments.There are no fibrils observed in as-spun filaments but can be seen in drawn filaments.
