本文介绍了Lurgi公司所设计的锦纶6连续干燥装置的工艺流程,以及部分主体设备结构和工艺原理,其中对干燥管、氧气净化器及其干燥器作了较为详细的介绍。并介绍了国外锦纶6连续干燥系统的基本设计思路。

In this paper the technology,some main structure and the performance of the PA-6 chip continuous drying unit designed by Lurgi Co.of Germany with focus on the drying tube,nitrogen purifyer and dryer are discribed in detial.The fundamental thoughts in design of imported continuous drying equipments are introduced for the reference of designing large PA-6 chips drying units in China.
