摘要
为了取得良好的干燥效果,对引进的KF干燥机的热风系统进行分析后,对冷冻器采取酸洗除垢的方法,提高水循环的流量和传热效果,以提高除湿效果;对门脱斯脱湿器采取氯化锂溶液浸灌的方法,改善干燥轮的吸附性能,通过上述措施,取得一定成效,切片的含水率明显下降。
After an analysis to the hot air system of imported KF drying device,reform measures are carried out in order to improve the effect of drying which includes the cleaning of the water scale in the conduction and the Licl solution dipping for the Munters demoisturer to improve its absorpability.Satisfactory results are obtained.the moisture content of chips decreased notably.
