摘要
本文从卷绕筒子长度H和丝条排布曲线的曲率半径ρ两个方面研究POY蛛网丝的形成机理,研究结果认为H值波动和ρ值的减小都会生成蛛网丝。从这两点出发,对引起卷绕角α_0增大和自由长度C值减小以及造成两者波动的工艺、设备因素进行分析,找出生产中产生蛛网丝的原因。
By analysing winding kinematics,author explores the mechanism from the length of bobbin(H)and the curvature radius of winding curve(p).It is proposed that the undulation of H and the reduction of p can give rise to cobwebby yarns.The factors of technology and equipment which influencing H and p are discussed and the measures to avoid the emergence of cobwebby yarns in production are presented.
