摘要
本文研究以进口贸易为传导机制的国际技术溢出对我国技术进步(全要素生产率)的促进作用。协整检验结果表明通过进口贸易传导机制,贸易伙伴国R&D投入、国内科技投入对我国全要素生产率的提高具有显著的促进效应。进一步的误差修正模型分析结果表明贸易伙伴国研发投入、财政科技投入对我国全要素生产率的促进作用具有一定的滞后效应。
This paper presents findings from an investigation into the effect of import-related international technology spillover on the development of technology in China, which can be measured by the rate of change in her total productivity.Our co-integration test demonstrates that with import as the spillover channel, R&D expenditures of trade partners and domestic scientific and research inputs significantly promote China's technological progress.The further error correct model analysis shows that there is a certain lagged effect upon such technology promotion.
