A Study on Mechanism of FDI Flow Pursuant to Economic Globalizationand an Analysis of Industrial and Spatial Structure of TNC'sInvestment in Suzhou City

本文在文献综述的基础上归纳出传统FDI流动机制的研究框架。在分析了FDI流动的新背景后,本文给出了经济全球化条件下FDI流动机制研究的新框架,并对世界500强跨国公司在苏州投资的产业和空间结构进行了实证分析,总结出跨国公司在苏州投资的一系列投资特征,包括国别来源特征、产业特征以及投资区域特征等。

This paper focuses on setting forth a framework suitable for the conducting of a mechanism study on traditional FDI flow on the basis of relevant literature.Moreover, apart from putting foreword a new framework of mechanism study on FDI flow pursuant to economic globalization, this paper presents an empirical analysis of the industrial and spatial structure of the world's top 500 TNC's investments in Suzhou City and identify such characteristics of TNC's investments in Suzhou as are reflected in origin of such an investment, industrial and spatial structure of any of TNC's investments.
