摘要
本文研究了金属化聚酯导电纤维的研制,并对金属化反应条件进行了较详尽的探讨。所制得的导电纤维既保持原纤维的强度、柔韧性及耐腐蚀等优点,又赋予其优良的导电、导热和屏蔽等性能。该导电纤维可以任何比例与普通聚酯纤维混纺或交织成织物。作为一种新型的复合材料,金属化聚酯导电纤维具有广阔的应用前景。
In this paper the metallization method in which the PET fiber is metallized with metallic ions such as Ni,Cu to obtain metallized polyester(MPET)conductive fiber is investigated,effects of different conditions in metallization are illuminated.The results of experiment indicate that the resistance of MPET fiber can reach to 10-1Ω·g/cm2,and binding force between fiber and conductive component is also greatly increased.
