摘要
目的 为了观察筋脉通对糖尿病大鼠晶体醛糖还原酶 (AR)活性及山梨醇 (SNS)含量的影响 ,并探讨其作用机理。方法 采用链脲佐菌素 (STZ)糖尿病 (DM)大鼠模型 ,给予中药筋脉通灌胃 ,并以氨基胍做对照 ,观察对大鼠晶体AR活性和SNS含量的影响。结果 筋脉通治疗后 ,糖尿病大鼠晶体AR活性和SNS含量明显降低 ,与未治疗糖尿病大鼠比较有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ;DM +筋脉通组和DM +氨基胍组比较无差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;两组与正常对照组比较无差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 筋脉通有醛糖还原酶抑制剂样作用 ,能改善糖尿病大鼠晶体多元醇代谢 ,对糖尿病慢性并发症有一定的防治作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jinmaitong composita on aldose reductase activity and sorbitol content in len of diabetic rat and to explore the mechanism relating to that effect.Methods We used streptozotocin-induced diabetic rat model which was given with Jinmaitong (Chinese herbs) or given with aminoguanidine as control to observe aldose reductase activity and sorbitol content in len of rat.Results The aldose reductase activity and sorbitol content in len of diabetic rat treated with Jinmaitong were lower. Compared with non-treatment diabetic rat, there was significant difference (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between Jinmaitong treatment group and aminoguanidine treatment group (P>0.05). There was also no significant difference between both of treatment groups and normal control group (P>0.05).Conclusion The results indicate that Jinmaitong has aldose reductase inhibitor-like effect, which is able to improve the polyol pathway of glucose metabolism in len of diabetic rat, and has prevent effect to the chronic complication of diabetes.
