多囊卵巢综合征患者血清瘦素水平与肥胖、胰岛素浓度的关系

The Relationship between Serum Lepton Levels and Obesity, Insulin Concentrations in Women with PCOS

目的 探讨多囊卵巢综合征 (PCOS)患者血清瘦素 (Leptin)水平与肥胖、胰岛素浓度的关系。方法 4 7例PCOS患者 ,测定其体重指数 (BMI)、腰围 (WC)、腰臀比 (WHR) ,空腹血清瘦素水平 ,并行OGTT及胰岛素释放试验。结果 血清瘦素水平为 (18 6 9± 8 0 5 )ng/ml,胰岛素水平为 (12 4 5± 8 0 7)mU/L ,血清瘦素水平与WC、WHR、BMI、空腹胰岛素、血糖、胰岛素及葡萄糖曲线下面积呈正相关。结论 PCOS血清瘦素水平与体脂分布及胰岛素水平有关 。

Objective To study the relationship between serum lepton levels and obesity and insulin levels in women with PCOS.Methods Body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference (WC),waist to hip ratio (WHR) were tested in all subjects. Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) and insulin release test were done in all these subjects to measure serum lepton; glucose and insulin levels.Results Serum lepton levels in women with PCOS were (18.69±8.05)ng/ml. The levels of insulin in the women with PCOS were (12.45±8.07)mU/L. Fasting serum lepton levels were positively correlated with WC,BMI,WHR,Insulin, blood sugar, insulin and glucose curve areas.Conclusion Serum lepton levels in women with PCOS were correlated with fat distribution and insulin levels. Lepton may play a role in the pathogenesis of PCOS.
