广州市东山区5236名小学生视力不良的调查

A Survey on the Poor Eyesight of some Primary School Students in Dongshan District of Guangzhou City

目的 了解东山区小学学生视力不良的发生情况。方法 对东山区直属的 6所小学共 5 2 36名学生进行调查 ,采用统一的标准对数视力表 ,检查人员经过统一培训、应用统一操作方法和程序。结果 5 2 36名小学生中视力不良者 135 9人 ,视力不良率为 2 5 95 %。各年级学生视力不良率间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ,随年级的升高明显上升。结论 各年级学生视力不良率并非随年级增长而均匀上升 ,在小学一、二年级阶段基本平稳 ,三至六年级突然增高。

Objective To study the poor eyesight situation of some students in Dongshan district of Guangzhou city.Methods The eyesight of 5236 students in 6 primary schools were tested by standard method. With the unite criterion vision form, the examining people were trained together, the united operation method and procedure were used. The diagnose criterion is that <5.0 of single eye belongs to poor eyesight. The classification criterions of poor eyesight are 409 belongs to poor eyesight, 4.6-4.8 was middle poor eyesight, 4.5 or 4.5 below was worse eyesight.Results 1359 in 5326 students had poor eyesight, the rate was 25.95%. There was significant difference among different grades (P<0.01). The poor eyesight condition was worse in the senior students.Conclusion The poor eyesight of students is associated with the factors such as homework loading, sitting posture, reading, writing habits and eye health. So, the health knowledge needs popularizing in primary school students, the students should develop good habits of using eyes in order to lower the occurrence of poor eyesight thoroughly.
