现代城市发展中历史街区的保护与复兴——杭州河坊街保护的实践与研究

CONSERVATION AND REGENERATION OF HISTORIC DISTRICTS IN MODERN SOCIETY:A CASE STUDY OF HEFANG STREET IN HANGZHOU

对河坊街功能的变迁及保护整修规划设计、运作机制、成效缺陷进行了分析研究,认为河坊街的运作机制的特点在于技术层面——专家把关审批,政策层面——有机疏减容量,资金层面——市场机制运作,最后根据历史街区保护的基本规则,结合河坊街保护整修的得失,对历史街区的保护工作提出了新的建议。

This paper introduces the function varia-tion of Hefang Street and the design factors in theconservation planning. The features of the conserva-tion plan of Hefang Street are soliciting opinions fromexperts before approval, reducing the population den-sity and market-oriented financing mechanism. Bysummarizing the experiences in the planning, it pro-vides constructive suggestions on conservation of his-toric districts.
