摘要
对修建龙口公路桥前后不同频率洪水以及正常发电流量进行河段水面线计算 ,得到桥梁上游的壅水程度 ,以此分析桥梁对防洪和发电的影响 ;根据黄河上游已建工程下游的冰凌情况以及万家寨水库建成后本河段冰情的变化 。
Using different frequency flood and normal generating flow to calculate the water level in this reach before and after the bridge constructed, thus we can know the water level upstream the bridge. We can analyze the influence for flood control and generation with this result. And according to the ice slush condition downstream the constructed project in the upstream reach of Yellow River and the ice movement condition in this reach after Wanjiazhai Reservoir construction, we can analysis the influence to the formation of icecap and discharging of ice flow in this reach.
