Safety and Stability Control System for 220kV Inter-network Tie-line in Southern Hebei Electric System

河北南网与京津唐网 220kV网间联络线首末端加装安全自动装置,并分别配以过功率监控装置、微机式功率监控装置以及远方联切负荷装置。以联络线的过功率或过电流或功率突变量为装置起动判据,采用现代数字微波讯道和电力线载波复用技术将分散式装置构成一个联络线安全稳定控制系统。

At both ends of the 220kV tie-line between Southern Hebei and Beijing- Tianjin - Tangshan Networks,automatic safety devices respectively with over-power supervisory control, computer-based power supervisory control and remote interlinking load rejecting devices are installed. The initial actuation criterion of the devices is over-power, over-ourrent or sudden change rate of power. Combined with modern digital microwave and power line carrier ( PLC ) duplex technology and distribution device, a safety and stalility control system of tie-line is formed.
